Spanish or Castilian, is the de facto language in Mexico. It is spoken by around 97 or 98% of the Mexican population which is around 120 million people, making it the Country with the most Spanish speakers in the World.

As Audino has answered, there is also millions of Mexicans who speak one of the 68 official native languages such as Nahuatls, yucatec, Mayan and Mixtec, some of them, actually, don"t speak Spanish at all.
